We'd love to help with this. To view your bill as it would be printed, sign into your myAT&T account and go to Your bill>View paper bill. This should pull up your bill as a PDF. It should have the option to print the bill if you have a connection to a printer. If the device (computer, laptop, tablet, or phone) can not do pdf files, then it can't show the bill.
