My payment is not reflected on my account
My payment has cleared the bank but my account does not reflect it. Is it still processing?

When you make a payment, it takes up to twenty-four hours to process. Here is a helpful article on how to verify your payment. Alternatively, you can dial *225# on your cellphone to review your latest payment details.
Please be sure to check if your browser is up-to-date, and if it is try using another program to make sure this isn’t a error with the software. If everything checks out, and the payment still doesn’t show up on your end, we can take a look at it from this side.
