Mobile Payment Service


All of a sudden I can't make app purchases to be charged to my ATT account. (IE buy apps, music, game add ons and pay via adding to my ATT bill.)

I am fully updated phone-wise and my ATT bill is paid.

What the heck is wrong?!

I am so sorry to hear that you are not able to make purchases to be charged to your AT&T account! You have come to the right place, and I will be happy to help!

 

Is it possible that you exceeded the $100 monthly (calendar – not bill cycle) spending limit? If this is the case, or if there is high refund activity, purchase blocker may have been added to the account.

 

You can check this, and view other information at our AT&T Support Article Manage mobile purchases and subscriptions.

 

If this is not the case, I recommend removing and re-adding your payment method for direct carrier billing. Google offers a great support article with these steps (or click here if this is for an iPhone)!
