Minutes Added but Expiration Date not extended

I  made a payment(minutes) to avoid being disconnected.  I made the payment before it was due.  All that happened is it added minutes to my phone and didnt extend the date.  I have like 160 minutes on it right now and dont want to lose them but yet i dont think i should have to make another payment to extend the expiration date for my account, it should have been extended when i made the last payment and not add minutes,  Its due on Nov 25 when they want another payment, how much should i add to keep my service for 3 more months though i dont use the phone alot

How much did you add and when did you add it? $24 or less is only good for 30 days. I’m guessing you added $24 or less on Oct 27 which would make Nov 25 the 30th day and the due date. Adding $25-$99 is good for 90 days from the date added.
