Military Discount

my mother was in the military and is able to get a discount with at@t but she isnt the primary on my account. what needs to ve done in order to get that discount? im assuming i have to make her the primary and then she should beable to have the discount applied? i know its prolly a question i already know the answer to but i just wanted to double check before i called them.

@nitsuj607 You'll need to do a ToBR to make her the primary.  

 

A Transfer of Billing Responsibility changes the account ownership from one person to another. With the transfer, the new owner assumes responsibility for the account, monthly bill, and contract.
