Left USA 6 months ago, app doesnt work, system doesnt recognise the number and ATT sending Bills
Hi, I left USA on Nov 15 2018, right after the day when i am out of ATT coverage area, my AT&T app doesnt work. I clear all dues before leaving US. ATT sending bills every month, I tried hundreds of times but their system doesn't recognize my 10 digit number and says to visit nearest ATT service center. I sent email 3 months ago but didnt receive any reply, How someone can call ATT where i can talk to any human instead of this crappy automated system. I am trying for 6 months but unable to reach any solution. I would really appreciate if someone can provide any email or direct phone number instead of an automated system. I am simply tired to this mess,

I called this number several times (since last 5 months). Automated system asks to put 10 digit phone number but the system doesn't recognize and call disconnects. I need any phone number associated with customer service where i can interact with human and solve the issue. They are sending me bills for no service.

Sending bills are do you have prepaid and autopay? If that is the case, you can cancel the credit card to stop the charges or call.
