Late payment

Could you please remove the $5.00 late charge from this bill, or take it off on next months bill? I pay my bill using the phone payment option. That saves you money by not having to send my bill by mail. There should be a grace period say 3 days before bill is considered late.
Thank you.

Why should there be a grace period? If there's a grace period of 3 days, then that later date is the "real" due date.

If you didn't pay your bill on or before the due date, it was late and the late charge is a legitimate charge.
