Need extra time to make a payment? Not to worry, with the myATT app, you have the ability to schedule a late payment and setup new payment method!
Setting Up A Late Payment/ Splitting Your Payment
1. Tap on the 3 horizontal lines and a Menu Option will popup as shown below. Tap on Billing & Payments.
3. From the Billing and payments screen, scroll down and select Arrange a late payment
4. On this screen, you can enter the amount you would like to pay and select the date you would like to make the payment. You also have the option to change the payment method.
5. You also have the option to split the payment and schedule it.
6. Just follow the prompts and you are good to go!
Note: If your service has been disconnected, you must pay the past-due amount before service can be restored.

my name is Charles Berry, 850-516-8102. My wallet was pick pocketed at the mall today. I made an arrangement to pay the past due of 141.69 FOR Dec. 5th, 2017.TEN DAY AGO Its the 3rd of Dec. today. I called to get a new card ISSUED to get a replacement card this afternoon. My new debit bank card will be here in 2 to 3 days the bank told me. Can we promise to pay the previous agreed date with ATT THE 5TH, OR A DAY LATER WHEN IT GETS HERE PRIORTY THE BANK TOLD ME? I WILL PROMPTLY PAY THE PAST DUE BILL OR BETTER. THANK YOU MR. Chris this isn't our first time using the app, we've setup payment arrangements many times, we have the confirmation email of the change we were allowed to make and we were all set, but it's the call into att is when the supervisor did something that she was not asked to do, the recorded conversation can prove that, plus all the other conversations we've had with Sharzanae, Dean Salem, Sheryl, and communications with Brandon Croy where things starts getting tricky where the tone is a customer with a business account, with 6 lines paying thousands of dollars in bills for months/ years are actually common thieves trying to rob att.

My phone was turned off i made a payment to have it turned bk on i was told i had to make another payment to keep it on so when i called i was told by the credit dept that if i made this payment my balance could be paid on the 4th of january i said r u sure because my bank account with wells fargo had been frozen because my husband had just passed and someone went online with a bank called SUN TRUST and opened 11 accounts online in one day leaving no money no food and i have to get someone to lend me the money and if u r going to still turn it off i will take the money and get food she reassured me that i could and she will note my account because she couldn’t do it then because the payment needed to post and i needed to call bk on the 24th or go online i couldn’t do it online so i called bk the manger said he couldn’t do it eventho i made the payment so Christmas i had no food and now no phone i told him that was thrift by deception she told me that on a recorded line and the notes was in my file he said yes i see it but it still can’t be done and i’am sorry she gave u the wrong information plus i have heart problems on ssd and i need my phone i want to thank this co for making my christmas worst 1st xmas in 38 yrs without my husband and to be cheated and lied to

Good luck i was told once i made my payment that i could make a late payment they took my payment and they are now saying i can not make a late payment so now my phone will be cut off .. it’s bad enough someone lent me the money to make the payment.. where i should have just took the money and brought xmas dinner .. so because of AT&T my family had no xmas dinner just venting great customer service!!

Since the post by ATT didnt make it clear enough:
You must login and make late arrangements in the myATT account. If it won’t let you, you are too late and can’t make late arrangements. Support cannot override the system. < read that again <
You cannot make late arrangements here. This is a public forum, not ATT.
You cannot restore suspended service unless you pay all you owe to ATT to $0. (This means all, and any ATT services, not just wireless).
Please go to your myATT account and follow directions.
