Hello @AzzUp1,
We can definitely answer your question regarding the call log on your wireless bill. At this time, there is no option available to prevent your call log from showing on your bill. If you're the primary account holder, you can Sign Up For Paperless Billing to prevent a paper bill with your call details being sent to your mailbox. You can also change the account security passcode and remove all AT&T Access ID's that have access to your online account, to be sure that you're the only one that can view your call details in the myAT&T app. Let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.
