International Calling Program
Has anyone attempted to use AT&T's international calling program where they charge daily? We signed up and they forgot to add it so we were charged $800 and have been trying for 3 months to get it fixed. We have spent 10 hours hearing how they forgot to add it, forgot to back date it and can't adjust such a high amount.

The International Day Pass is an awesome package for those who travel. I’m sorry to hear there was a mistake which was made when you needed it! We can look further into this for you.

Please also provide me with your name, account number, and the type of AT&T service you have (ex. Wireless, U-Verse, DirecTV, etc). hours of my time to get any results.
