Thank you for becoming part of the Community! I wanted to touch base with you and see if you were able to get in to your AT&T account online and retrieve your older bills.


I was able to locate this great article here; it will walk you through getting your previous bills online. If, after trying the link provided, you still require assistance with getting a copy of them, I would be more than happy to look into getting them sent to you.

Briana,

Thank you for reaching out to me. I have attempted to log in - to have my password reset - to have my user id reset. Nothing seems to work.

I am always happy to have access on line - but, perhaps because of my hyphenated last name, it is just not working.

Can I get this statement with the detail of the $126.00 detail?

If you are having problems logging in a call to Support may help.  You may (should) have 3 required pieces of information.  User name, alphanumeric password and a 4 to 8 digit pass code/PIN.    The passcode trips  a lot of folks up when signing in
