I didn't not use the wrong password multiple times and I can not get into my account.

You need to contact AT&T Customer Service, they'll likely have some security questions, and should be able to unlock it and reset your credentials.

They don't unlock it. They give you a temporary password, make you clear cache and cookies, use different browsers, and keep their fingers crossed that something works. When it doesn't you have to wait up to two days for the escalation to solve the problem. So sick of it. Wish they wouldn't have a monopoly on landlines in our area.
