I just opened another bill after my iPhone 7plus was stolen lost everything from identity theft

I tried to explain my phone was stolen then my identity taken. AT&T never helped me and still I can’t get a password for my account. AT&T sending the code to the stolen phone number on file. How do you get help now I have 5 phone lines I am being billed for. My phone was shut off Sept 19, 2017 because bill not paid rediculous. They make me feel I am a criminal.

Good Morning @Crazylife17,

I am sorry your phone was stolen.  AT&T does not want their customers to feel like we are treating them in a bad way.  I can help you with this.

Can you please send me your name, phone number and account number in a private message to @ATTCares so I can research this for you?

I look forward to your reply.  Have a great weekend!

@Crazylife17  In cases where your account is taken over, you should take your photo ID to an ATT company store to get your account back.  You can also get a new sim for your number, suspend and blacklist your phone, buy a replacement or file insurance on the phone.

Iphones should have find my iPhone active so they can be locked and or erased if lost or stolen.
