I have asked for paperless bill , and for the last 5 months I have received statements >

I have signed up for paperless bill statement  ,for my wireless account  , up to last 5 months I have been getting a statement on the mail , I tried calling and texting to try to solve this issue and nothing has been done , I just got a nother statement today do not know what to do ???

Even if you are still getting statements in the mail, your statement is also available online. Other than getting the paper copy you don’t want, what exactly is the problem? Have you logged into your account and verified that paperless billing is on?

I DO NOT WANT STATEMENTS SEND TO ME BY MAIL AT ALL !, that's how it was
before ,I DO NOT KNOW WHY IM GETTING THEM NOW .
And yes I signed in to my account , apparently is on

No need to shout. If you are sure paperless billing is set on, nothing else you can do but call.
