How do I report an AT&T driver/incident?
I need to report an incident that was caused by an AT&T driver/truck that damaged my vehicle, but I don't know where to begin. One of your drivers hit an orange construction barrel that then struck my vehicle causing damage.

Did you get the license plate number for the AT&T truck? If so, I'd just file the police report and let the insurance companies take care of it.
If not, send a private message to @ATTMobilityCare with any details you can provide (address, intersection, time of day, direction the truck was going, description of driver, etc.) and someone should be able to help track down the information you need.
