Hey there @fatkitty4!
We hear you and want to help. It’s possible to view and print the past 16 months of your account records including past bills, call logs, text logs, etc. after signing in to your online account. Currently, obtaining call logs beyond 16 months is unavailable.
Please let us know if you have any other questions!

@Josiah678 Your last 16 months are online. For anything older than what is online you must call and request bill reprints. Make sure you ask for the detailed bill that includes call logs. There is a $5 charge for each bill reprint. The answer above from ATTHelp saying “call logs beyond 16 months is unavailable” is not true. It wasn’t true 3 years ago when posted and still not true today.
