How can i get in contact with back office or cooperate.
I was speaking to customer retention and they told me they made a case. It's been more then 3-4 weeks I get no response or call from back office. Then some of them tell me the case is closed and some tell me is still open, I feel like they just bouncing me around.. the issue was at the store and customer retention told me my 4th line was going to be free because of wirelesss and TV then I noticed I was being charged I called and they made a case number because they Hurd the recording when they told me I would so they would give me a compensation and a credit for being charge I never received it and I haven't gotten a response.. the only reason I got my iPad to the plan because that's what they told me even if it was a iPad you would get it.. i understand that it has to be a smartphone but they told me it wa going to be free no matter it was an iPad.

There is no direct phone number to the back office that I know of. Your best bet would be to send a private message to @ATTMobilityCare. They are a specialized customer care team that should be able to help.

Have been a landline customer for 40+ years and AT&T continues to screw with my billing. I renewed last Aug. for @ $ 70 / month. Have been misbilled $ 130 / month for months now. Since I had a large credit on the account, AT&T just took my $$$. Have tried umpteen times to work with AT&T and they just continue to lie about the rate, the renewal, everything. It's always an excuse...

File a BBB complaint. Someone from the Office of the President will contact you and you can discuss the issue with them. They MAY be able to help or clarify the service increase.

@MDef The point of a BBB complaint is it gets forwarded to ATT’s Office of the President and someone from that office will contact you. The BBB doesn’t actually do anything other than forward the complaint.
