Hotspot limits

I am using a work phone and do not know if hotspot is included in my plan. How can I find out if I will be charged for this even though I have an unlimited data plan?

I've never heard of any plan that charges extra for hotspot usage. If hotspot works, it is included.

so can i use my hotspot to stream movies at home through hulu or netflix  without going over my data usage limit?
