Horrible Customer Service!

My rebate shows it mailed on Jan 13 but I've received nothing! I've called customer service 5 times in the last 2 weeks and have held in excess of 2 hours each time. Today I was finally able to reach someone after holding for 29:49. They forgot to add my apartment number to the address... REALLY? Ugh! Then the agent provided me with an invalid card number and advised me she would be transferring me to someone else who can cancel my original card and send out a new one. Well the agent provided me incorrect info! Thankfully the agent she transferred me to was very helpful and able to edit my info and send out a replacement card. Ugh! I paid over $900 to switch to ATT and I'm only being reimbursed for $220. All I can say is stay on top of them, it's annoying and time consuming but atleast you'll get some money back! I now have to wait 21 days for th REPLACEMENT CARD!
