HELP

I need to speak with a LIVE person of authority regarding service I've received both through chat as well as through the toll free number.  Each time I try to reach a supervisor I get bounced around and have to keep going through my issues from person to person and never reach anyone who knows anything.  Is there a direct line to a supervisor or can I request a supervisor to call me directly?

No direct line. You can certainly request a supervisor call you but we see many complaints of those promised calls never coming. The way to guarantee someone will contact you is to file an FCC or BBB complaint.

Thanks! It's just a shame that we can be given incorrect information by 2
separate people and their supervisor goes without knowing these things mean
while they have an unhappy customer. Poor POOR customer service if you ask
me.
