Google Music double charged through att mobile payment but said it couldnt be complete purchase

I have a $19.98 fee of mobile charges on my phone bill from google play music that needs to be refunded how would I go about doing this before it goes through and charges my phone bill.

Check your purchase history in google play.  It does seem very unlikely it’s for 2 months, google is very consistent.  

Then call ATT.  

Credit should show on the account immediately.
