Fall 2016 credit not being applied to my bill. Can someone please help me?

Hello, I am also one of the AT&T customers who signed up for the Fall 2016 Trade In offer for the promotional credit to my installment plan on my new iPhone 7.  I have made many phone calls and been told the problem would be fixed with no solution.  I sent in my iPhone 6 (64GB) as required by the plan and received an email informing me it was accepted and received.  After two phone calls to the trade-in department, I received and email informing me my phone had been processed and turned in for the iPhone 7 promotion credit to my bill.  I am in my seventh month and have not received any credit.  NO ONE can tell me why I am not receiving my credit even though they confirm I was approved.  CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME WHY I AM NOT RECEIVING THE CREDIT.  I have been a customer with AT&T/SW Bell for 45 years. Please help...
