FILING FORMAL COMPLAINT
I would like to know where to file a formal complaint! I purchased 2 iwatches and 2 iphone 6, returned the 1st purchases and now am being charged for the full sale amount of the iwatch because it "wasn't received by AT&T within 14 days", mind you I purchased online, the store would not take it back without a $150 restocking fee AND then sent it back within the 14 day window. NOW the reps say it has to be received by AT&T (it was received in their returns facility) . I guess they don't consider that AT&T !!??
It's been an absolute nightmare!! I have called and chatted so many times with so many hours wasted.
They are still charging me monthly for the devices and for service on both devices as well. The rep says I can't help you....
PLEASE someone HELP me, how do I get anything fixed with AT&T?????

File a formal dispute letter here...
IF YOU DISPUTE ANY CHARGES ON YOUR BILL, YOU MUST NOTIFY US IN WRITING AT AT&T BILL DISPUTE, 1025 LENOX PARK, ATLANTA, GA 30319 WITHIN 100 DAYS OF THE DATE OF THE BILL OR YOU'LL HAVE WAIVED YOUR RIGHT TO DISPUTE THE BILL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY LEGAL ACTION RAISING SUCH DISPUTE.
