Double Payment

I had payment arrangements to pay my bill on 2/16, i got paid early so i made my payment  on 2/15, then early friday morning i got a text message on 2/16 i was charged again the same amount i just paid. I am not enrolled in auto pay, so how do i get my money refunded back. The double payment affected the money owe for car repairs
