The AT&T rep that replied to my private message either did not read the message in its entirety or does not understand what I wrote. The store SUCKS!! That is were I was lied to and misled and they flat out told me they would not help me. A weak request from no one w/power from this forum to the store will accomplish NOTHING! AT&T OWNS the store so there should be no reason a DEMAND can't be made for the store to comply with taking back the tablet. This issue is NOT resolved and I am mailing my notice of dispute to begin arbitration today!!
