Does AT&T really value me as the catch phrase states?

Because AT&T took over my previous wireless providers I have been grandfathered in and am considered a 16 year customer. I have a billing dispute right now and I'm getting the runaround. I was deliberately misled regarding a charge and out of the eight people I have spoken with regarding this issue half have told me how valued I am and half have told me there's nothing they can do. My final conversation was with a supervisor who told me I would be considered an ICU case and would hear from someone w/in 72 business hours. It's been over 72 business hours. Where are you AT&T?

The AT&T rep that replied to my private message either did not read the message in its entirety or does not understand what I wrote.  The store SUCKS!!  That is were I was lied to and misled and they flat out told me they would not help me.  A weak request from no one w/power from this forum to the store will accomplish NOTHING!  AT&T OWNS the store so there should be no reason a DEMAND can't be made for the store to comply with taking back the tablet.  This issue is NOT resolved and I am mailing my notice of dispute to begin arbitration today!!

They definitely do not value anyone. They have lied about...

They definitely do not value anyone. They have lied about things once again to me, and they care less. They do not realize other companies are doing more for their customers than they ever will. I've been with them for years and it's been a nightmare. Good luck
