Data plan renewal
I'm going to India on the 19th for more than a month. I was supposed to cancel autopay, but I forgot to do it, and it took out a payment of $45 from my account (my data plan). I don't need that plan while I'm in India. What can I do?
Is there anyway you can keep the plan from renewing now, and I can renew it later when I come back?

@Slak2212 This is a customer to customer forum, not customer support. Generally, ATT does not refund prepaid. Since you forgot to disable autopay, it is very unlikely they will credit you but all you can do is ask. You need to contact customer support directly. You can contact support by calling or through this forum by sending a private message to @ATTMobilityCare.
