Cancelled service 11/29/16 and I am still getting billed.

Cancelled my service in nov 2016and I am still getting billed. When I called they stated they are not billing me, but my bank statements say otherwise. I am still trying to correct it and get my money back.

Did you set up auto pay with your bank?   If so, stop payment at your bank.
