I am still waiting on a corporate email address. I got a message to send a privite message to someone associated with AT&T. I did that, I have an email all ready typed up ready to go to the corporate office. I copied and pasted it into their message window. The only thing I got back was they needed the telephone number associated with the account, which I sent to them again. The phone number and account numbers was on the original message I sent. This leads to me believe they never even read my letter. Why is it so hard to get an email address to a large company corporate office? Should I just post my email on here, so maybe someone will see that it is a serious matter and can actually give me some advice as to where to go?

There is no official corporate email. You have to deal with customer service in some way, either through private messages on these forums, phone, mail, or corporate stores. You can always contact the BBB/FTC/FCC to file complaints depending on your issue.
Don't post your email here for everyone to see.

You're not going to get an email address.
You should request assistance on your issue from the Community Managers here, using the private message.

I have tried on the phone, I have tried at my local store, and I have tired here on this forum. I guess AT&T doesn't find it concerning that they illegally charged a credit card on several occasions. That is called THEFT. I guess AT&T doesn't find it concerning that a bill that was $209.83 ended up costing me $528.83. I know now that AT&T does not care about their customers, I will not make any more requests or attempt to contact anyone else with this company, as everyone just passes the buck to someone else.[Per Guidelines: Keep it Relevant and Appropriate].

Dispute the charge with your credit card company.

Why the credit card company and not with AT&T? It's AT&T who charged incorrecty?

Well I can tell you from personal experience that ATT does pass the buck. They over charged for my service by over $120....they drafted it out of my account and now they say I have to wait for 45 days for a refund check to be sent or contest the charges with my bank.....WHY should I have to contest with my bank when ATT KNOWS and ADMITS that I was over charged. THEY should be able to send the money back the way they received it. I spoke with 5 different people and was eventually HUNG UP ON by a RESOLUTION MANAGER. I have been a customer for almost 2 decades and this is how I get treated. So talking to their customer service is not working and apparently Corporate doesn't care. They are losing my business fast!!

You authorized ATT to charge you for regular monthly bill plus any data overages and other charges related to service and equipment. Those are legitimate charges.
If you are billed for unexpected charges, you can ask for an explaination of the charges, or look at you bill for an explanation.
If you don't understand why you were charged, you can ask here on the forum.
Data overage is one of the extra charges that confuse and upset customers. Your cell phone has a data meter which should be very close to the totals ATT reports.

You will not find anyone that can help, trust me.
The customer service is so disjointed and sad, I feel your pain. I've gone through forums, twitter, advanced support, all clueless.
Dump them now.

Not that we would know....
But often they are dummy phones, no guts at all. The ones that do work, get handled a lot and I have yet to see one survive long enough to be usable and too old for display.
If a phone did survive it still wouldn't be given away for free.
