Business support required. New line and help reconciling account.

I am trying to contact my account rep for our business account unfortunately I am unable to find any contact information on my Business premier account and keep getting sent to empty pages. We are currently looking to add a single line we also need to reconcile our entire account. We are currently holding about 30 lines  We are on the verge of taking our business elsewhere unless we get the support we require.
