I moved my phone number and Google Pixel to AT&T during the Google Pixel promotion (before June 30th). I am confident that I qualified for this promotion, however the promotion is no longer listed anywhere and when I talked to an AT&T representative on the phone, they had no idea what promotion I was talking about. Additionally, I have had multiple other issues with my bill since switching to AT&T. I know it will take a few billing cycles before the credits show up on my bill, but I have a bad feeling that I will never receive credits.
Did anyone else take advantage of this promotion and actually receive bill credits?

Whenever you start services with a promotional offer, it can certainly be a concern to get the credits you were expecting. I will be more than happy to assist you in researching this matter further. This way we can get to the bottom of this promotion.

There was an offer if you open a new line with a Pixel in June. $15 a month bill credits.
Please note it had to be a new postpaid line with ATT, not a lateral move from an MVNO and not from prepaid.
The problem may be the carrier you came from doesn't qualify.
