Bought iPhone X and returned but it's charged

Feb 03, I bought iPhone X at apple store and Feb 07, I returned at same apple store located in Manhassett, NY. But my bill is including the iPhone X price. Please correct it.

I've seen this happen multiple times when buying from a 3rd party. Apple has not processed the rerurn as a buyers remorse return nor reversed the installment plan correctly causing it to accelerate the installment plan. Apple needs to correct then once it's corrected the charge can be removed from your account.

Hi,

I stopped by Apple store and checked the refund receipt that date was Feb,
07. and went to ATT store and they checked the refund receipt and
understand. They tried to cancel that device charge $999 from my account
but they couldn't. They said i have to call ATT. and called ATT to solve
it. but she said wait more days.
It seems nobody care about this issue. I don't want to pay for the device
even i returned it.
Please help to solve this issue.

Mail a dispute letter to ATT

LENOX PARK, ATLANTA, GA 30319 WITHIN 100 DAYS OF THE DATE OF THE BILL OR YOU'LL HAVE WAIVED YOUR RIGHT TO DISPUTE THE BILL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY LEGAL ACTION RAISING SUCH DISPUTE.

Then file a BBB complaint.  

ATT will contact you.
