Bolt-on allowance?

We have 5 lines on an unlimited data plan (the DirecTV plan). My husband, who uses minimal data, keeps getting this message from 753-5 text number.
"AT&T Free Msg: You've used more than 75% of your 1GB AT&T Work Data bolt-on allowance. (Cycle ends 04/17/2017)"
I've called, and reps keep telling me we have unlimited data, but what does this mean, and how can we stop it?

Do you have a 1 gig plan on a tablet?

You can disable alerts in your account profile.

If you are on the plan that required Directv service and paying $40 per line, you should price out the new plan. With 5 lines, not only might it cost you less, you also get tethering/hotspot.

Unless the have a substantial employee discount.

Read the new plan carefully, but it may indeed get a better deal.  It's $15 bucks cheaper and $25 Direct tv discount

What is the bolt tracker and how is it on only one line? It’s on a Samsung phone line and not the apple phone line
