Bogo

I have had the worst experience ever with this company. I purchased service on June 7th. I was told that I could get BOGO on the Samsung 8 plus. They told me that after 1-2 business cycles it would show on my bill. Now here it is November I'm still paying the same thing. I spoke with the manager at the North lake store Andrew who told me on October 27th that he would follow up with me but still nothing. After trying to reach out to him on several attempts at *** and *** he has not contacted me. So today I called the 1800# for the manager Aaron to tell me after 1 hour of talk time was because I ported over a #. Now I'm trying to figure out why was that not told to me when I brought the phones. Plus I called the 1800#on the same day when they told me the BOGO would show after 1-2 billing cycles. Now had someone told me that then I could have returned the phones within 14 days. Since I was lied to. Now after speaking with Aaron today he informed me this it was nothing he could do but refer me to the store today lied to me in the first place. Now the customer service has left a horrible taste in my mouth. I have had at&t service for sometime now please help me get was I was promised so I want have to take legal action.
