Billing

I'm so tired of att, I've been a long time customer, my whole family, but fed up with getting over seas operators, wait time supposedly one minute, turns into 10. Operator overseas says she can't transfer me to a us operator and there's no supervisor available? I call as if I want to order and get straight thru to an American. Get a billing number for wireless and tv and its BUSY, Surprise! Can't discifer my bill, tried looking online but I have no clue what the actual charges are. Att serves millions, but you can't reach them on the phone! 😡 I'll go somewhere else
