Billing

I've always just assumed that I would be able to retrieve my open balance on myyATT on the first day of the new billing cycle. I know that more than once I have been able to. Refuse to go with paperless billing (I scrutinize over every line on every bill). Anyway I logged and balance still says 0.00. Now 3 days have passed and still can't get my balance not even through the 800 #, now there's a surprise. I told them I want to pay off al 3 phones, pay my balance and sayonara. Was told it could be 10 days before it's available. Is anybody else waiting for a bill ending 3/26/17?

Hello @Madmamasan,

I understand the desire to pay your bill as soon as possible and wanting to take care of the installment plans. I will be more than happy to help!

It usually takes around a week after the bill cycle ends before the bill is generated.  This is because our system goes through a series of checks to make sure everything is completed.

We have a great article which has a step-by-step guide on paying off your installment plans!   You can pay off your phones at any time, so you don’t need to wait for a bill to generate in order to pay them off!

I hope this helps answer your question! Have a wonderful day!

Good morning @Madmamasan!

Thank you for clarifying your question; it will be my pleasure to continue assisting!

The best way to check if your new bill has been generated is by accessing your account. I would love to personally assist. In order to do this, I will be sending you a private message to your Forum’s Inbox. Please be on the lookout and reply with the information requested.

I look forward to getting your concern taken care of as soon as possible. I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
