Billing

I'm wondering if I cant pay my full bill an I've used my personal debit card to pay the bill before but never saved it as a billing option. Will they charge my card for the past due balance if it gets cut off before I can pay it?

Hello @Sometimejack95,

 

We can absolutely provide you with some more information about making payments for your wireless bill. If your debit card is not saved as a payment method on your account, and you have not set up AutoPay with it, you will not be charged unless you make the payment yourself. If you are unable to pay your bill by the due date, you can always try to Make a Payment Arrangement, though this will incur a late fee. Let us know if this helps.
