Billing

I was suppose to get a payment reversed back into my account today. They edited my att account, but i have not seen the money on my bank statement. What is going on???

Thank you for reaching out! We definitely want to get this looked into for you and see what has happened! This is certainly not what we want causing our customers any form of stress.


Depending on your financial institution, once the payment has been reversed it can take up to 7 business days to be returned to your account. If it has been passed this time frame, please don’t hesitate to send us a private message with your full name, phone number, and account number so we can look into this.
