Will AT&T send you a message to your phone to pay your monthly bill or will they just take money from your credit card ?

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forums! It’s totally understandable wanting to know how billing for your mobile service works. I would be ecstatic to assist in getting you taken care of!
There are a few different ways to pay your bill each month. If you set up AutoPay for your account, the money is taken out automatically on the day it’s been set up for. Currently, we do not send text message reminders for when your bill is due.
You are able to easily see and manage your bill from your myATT account on either a computer, or through the mobile app. We do have a great article which highlights several online options. It will walk you through how to pay your bill, set up AutoPay arrangements and other important information about bill pay.
