Billing- restoral charge $49

Is there a contact number I can escalate billing matters? I'm having to speak to the same rude, robotic, senseless customer service people that refuse to listen/understand. I need an escalation point. This is how AT&T lose their customers.

I understand how important it is to have an accurate bill, and I would be elated to help share some information and ease any worry regarding your charges.

 

Did your account go into non-pay suspension? If it did, a $40 restoral fee is charged to the account in order to restore service. It will show on the bill following the disconnection.

 

If your account was charged a restoral fee for any other reason, I would be more than happy to look into this further for you. Please send a private message to @ATTMobilityCare.
