Billing period, wondering can I change the billing date?

I always get paid on the 3rd day of each month and the billing ends on 26th ( I believe ), I always have to pay the connection fees every month. Is there anyway the billing date can be changed to 3rd to avoid the suspension and the fees? I'm am tired of getting it disconnected on 2nd or 1st and I end up paying on the 3rd most of the time.

There are some instances in which your billing cycle can be changed but you'll need to work with an AT&T rep to look at your account. Here's a bit more information about it: http://www.att.com/esupport/article.jsp?sid=52733&cv=820#fbid=3Ojg6uFNnSc

If you don't want to call in, you're welcome to send a private message to ATTCustomerCare with your name, account number, email address, phone number and the best time to contact you.

To send a private message, you can either click on the link in this message or click on the little blue envelope in the upper right hand corner, click "compose new message" and type ATTCustomerCare in the "Send To" field.
