Billing and payment plan

I have two issues
I have been a customer for many years as of May be the past four months so you will notice I am always paying you late like around the first of the month the reason being is my pay is now once a month and it's on the first of every month what can I do to change my due date so that you don't consider me late all the time and Keep adding late charges
Secondly I noticed all these deals from other carriers and I just seem to be paying so much for three phones where other carriers are offering unlimited talk data for like three phones or four phones for 200 a month and I'm paying 350
