I have had an ongoing billing issue since Oct 2016. ATT acknowledge what the issue is and that it is something they need to fix. However, every month since October, my issue has gone unresolved. This is beyond riduculous. My Cell phone, tablet and directv services has all been interupted at one time or other. I can not seem to get ATT to handle this situation. Can someone please provide me with feedback on how to get to management or a supervisor that can take care of this, or provide me with the name of an attorney so I can file suit against ATT. I have had it.
