If you are currently signed up for paperless billing, we wont be able to send out any old bills. However, you can turn off paperless billing to begin receiving statements in the mail. Check out this support article on Managing paperless billing for instructions on how to do so. You can also go to local store to see if they can print out a receipt for you.
