Bill to my AT&T account
Why can't I purchase apps & movies with Bill to my attention account as a former of payment

Hi @onewithdragons,
Where are you trying to purchase these things from?
It has to be a place that has an agreement to do bill aggrigation with AT&T. You also have to not have purhcase blocker on your line (whether by your choice or auto-added when you reach $100 in a calendar month).
Are you trying to do this on the iTunes/App Store or the Google Play store? I know the iTunes/App Store do not support carrier billing in the US. I believe for the Google Play store, certain phones support direct carrier billing.
