Bill is crazy and continues to climb

I have bundled Direct with my bill. Was over charged and received a letter in June telling me that I had been over charged. However nothing has been credited and it actually has increased every month. I have spent numerius hours on the phone for the last 3 months trying to get this straight. Every time I call in and ask them to look at the previous notes/call log I am told there is not one since ??? This is a Scam/deceptive and it has to stop. I have been a valued customer since 2009  but things may change I just cannot handle being lied to deceived any more. We are unlimited data,text, and talk. My bill with TV should be around 230.00 a month it has been 256.00 288.00 310.00 no 475.00???? Cannot get anywhere with customer service.

I am sure this is concerning to you since you received a letter stating you were overcharged.  I would also be worried if I received something in the mail and it has not been resolved yet.  I am here to help you with this.
