I called the the customer loyaly dept. and spoke to Taylor to follow up on their decision on my " urgent case".
Taylor said that it was approved, there were missing SOC(?) codes;however, credits will be applied in 4-6 weeks (and it will be retroactive to June 2016).
Their "intensive care" team will not email this decision.
As a consolation(?), she offered me 3Gbytes free data, which I declined.
