Autopay didn't charge my credit card
I have been with AT&T for decades, and enrolled in Autopay since the beginning. Some how they didn't charge my October bill, and when I saw that I contact customer service and they said my credit card information changed - it didn't, and the bank said that AT&T hadn't charged the account. I have spent at least 3 hours trying to get the LATE FEE back because it was AT&T's billing error. Now I want my time paid for and the late fee back if they want me to stay an AT&T customer. When I'm told I will get a call back, or that when I'm transferred to a supervisor, I expect that to happen - it hasn't. I was on chat this morning for an hour alone trying to get the late fee back.
