Att rep took my returned att phones and never turned them in
I had a in home rep come to my house while getting direct TV installed. He talked me into switching to att mobile, but promised I had 3 business days to decide if it's what I wanted. Anyways after 2 days and catching him in several lies I decided to cancel. I tried to return the phones and cancel at a store but they insisted I had to turn in the devices to the rep. He came the next day and returned my phones I traded in and picked up the att devices. Now att says they have not received the phones and there is nothing i can do except either pay the $1,300. Or call the police and file charges against the rep. Not my idea but literally td this by customer service. This is the most ridiculous, lying crooked, company I have ever dealt with.
