Att and Direct tv

Att customer service SUCKS!!! I was tauggeated to combine my ATT bill with my Direct TV bill in November of 2106, and that because if that I would save an additional $10 per month on my bill. then to my surprise my direct tv was shut off due to lack of payment. I called customer service and customer retention and was told that the accounts were not bundled like I was told they would be and was basically treated like I was stupid and A liar I was asked by a Gwendolyn in customer retention what she could do to correct the issue and make me satisfied and when I asked her what she could do, her response was "there's nothing I can do". Why would she ask in the first place? The manager in customer service Quadsia basically did the same thing. This is NOT customer service especially when an ATT rep suggests and represents a service to be done on your account. Why would a rep suggest a service in my account in November that apparently like ended in July???? Good question!!!! I would like to have someone call me at (hidden) to discuss this matter if customer service is important to AtT.
