Hi @jasonwromero

As long as the payment arrangement is for the full balance and you make the payment as agreed, your service will not be interrupted.

For more information, please see our Payment Arrangements help article.

Important late payment arrangement details

  • By making a late payment arrangement, you agree to pay your bill after your due date, and a late fee may apply. The amount you commit to pay must be posted to your account by the agreed-upon date.

  • If you don't pay on the date you've agreed, your service may be suspended immediately, and a reconnection or restoral fee may be charged.

  • Depending on your history of payment, some payment methods may not be available. If you select one of the methods under Payment arrangement options, you're committing to paying by the selected method on the chosen date.

I hope this helps!

You need to make arrangements online by logging in to your account.  Customer service cannot make arrangements for you and you MUST do so NOW.   You cannot make late arrangements once you are overdue.

The only way to make late arrangements is online or on the My ATT app.  The system is computerized and no exceptions are made to the system anymore.

Your service cannot be restored until your bill is paid.

I know the feeling AT&T is a COLD HEARTLESS MONEY STEALING company when it comes to their customers and horrible customer service. I am going through the same issue and I even called before service was turned off to make payment arrangements and was told I could not because it was past the due date. MY SOLUTION CHANGE CARRIER THAT HAS A $100 rate less for the same service and BETTER customer service

ATT has computerized the late payment system because customers and support abused the system too often.  No more sad stories or setting up after you are overdue or again and again.

Blame the bad apples.
